PURCHASES
From our website you can buy any of our cases, to do so you just have to access our online store. There you can see all our designs and read the stories that inspire our cases.
You will be able to pay with your credit or debit card (with Shopify Payments payment gateway). This is the safest payment system on the internet, the seller does not receive any bank details from the buyer and all information is encrypted.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at hola@fundastaulo.com and we will handle it.
If you want to customize your wooden case with your name or logo, you can indicate it at the end of your purchase. Activate in the drop-down menu the option to personalize the case for 20€ more and send us an email to hola@fundastaulo.com with your design.

SHIPPING
Once your order is confirmed, we will proceed to create your case. The creation time of your case will be 3 to 5 days and you will receive it within 5 to 8 days.
All our cases are handmade, we always try to ship them on time, although depending on the volume of work in the workshop, sometimes we need more preparation time.
Our national orders are shipped through courier companies, with tracking number.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla are sent by registered mail, with tracking number. The delivery time through Correos varies depending on the destination, you can consult it at www.correos.es
Shipping costs:
Peninsula and Balearic Islands: FREE for purchases from 120€ VAT included. For orders of lower amounts, the shipping cost will be 5€.
International (European Union): FREE for purchases from 150€ VAT included. For orders of lower amounts, the cost will be 12€.
USA and Canada: FREE for purchases from 150€ VAT included. For orders of lower amounts, the cost will be 15€.
Conditions for courier shipments:
– You will receive the package within the established time according to the selected option from the moment of shipment confirmation. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your shipment on the courier's website and be aware of the arrival of the package.
– The courier company will make two delivery attempts at the indicated address. If no one is at home, they will contact you to arrange a second delivery or you can pick up your package at your local office within ten days.
– Changes of delivery address after the order has been notified will be charged as a new shipment.
– Any extra costs resulting from errors made by the buyer in providing the delivery address shall be borne by the buyer.
PACKAGING
Our cases are delivered in a wooden box, perfect for you to store and protect it.
If your order is a gift and you want to personalize it, for example with a dedication, at the end of your purchase you can indicate it. Activate in the dropdown options customize gift box for 15€ more and send us an email to hola@fundastaulo.com with your design.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any exchange or return.
For exchanges and returns you must send us the case whenever possible in its original packaging and without marks of use, understanding that it will be necessary to open the box to appreciate the case. The return must be made by registered mail or some other system with delivery record (courier, etc), the return costs are borne by the buyer. Once received the piece and checked its condition, we will proceed to refund the cost of the product (not the shipping costs) through the same payment system with which the purchase was made.
